embodied Website
Embodied has developed a revolutionary robot, named Moxie, that aims to empower children by enhancing their mindfulness and confidence through meaningful and playful interactions. Moxie has been recognized as an invention of the year by Time Magazine. Our challenge was to create a website that represents the technology and ingenuity behind Moxie. Considering the complexity of the robot, we have included in-depth explanations about its capabilities through the use of various video implementations and creative module designs. We have effectively balanced the educational aspect with entertainment to keep users engaged and interested in learning more about Moxie's capabilities.

Challenge
Design a website that showcases the role of AI in enhancing children's soft skills. Incorporate Behavioral Therapist-approved content and ensure transparency on privacy, sensor technology, and AI specifics, all tailored to resonate with the Embodied Moxie product.
A major hurdle we faced was dispelling any confusion surrounding the technology that powers the robot, and instead emphasizing the advantages of the product based on input from certified therapists who have put it to the test. Another challenging aspect was to effectively communicate the nuances of our privacy policy and the data that both the robot and generative AI are gathering. Our aim was to remain forthright and transparent about the information being collected, while also providing assurance to prospective customers regarding the safety and security of their personal data.

Embodied
Customer Journey
I developed a comprehensive customer journey map that took into account our core customers and personas, such as early adopters, considered buyers, informed experts, and press/bloggers. By analyzing the key stages of the shopping journey (discovery, shopping, purchasing, and ownership), I identified crucial themes within each vertical. This approach allowed us to prioritize the website's needs and provide customers with the essential information they sought, especially regarding privacy concerns. With this approach serving as our guiding principle, we were able to swiftly design wireframes and seek approval for our work.
Phased website
launch & migration
I was responsible for developing a comprehensive roadmap and architecture for a client's website, taking into account any development constraints. To achieve this, I divided the approach into three distinct phases. The first phase involved migrating information from the client's previous site in preparation for the MVP Pre-Launch. In the second phase, I migrated the main site, which featured information about the company, their mission, and the latest news. The primary focus during this phase was to prepare for the launch of Moxie. The final phase centered around the core product, Moxie. The Home page showcased a video and product overview, introducing customers to the robot's capabilities. It also provided essential information on Moxie's use cases and privacy policy. The main goal here was to spotlight Moxie while addressing any potential privacy concerns that customers might have. Additionally, I created wireframes for the purchase flow, leveraging the current state of Shopify's offerings.
