MSN cross platform apps
As a part APPEX Team in Microsoft, I helped make MSN's content experience truly cross-platform. I incorporated Microsoft's MSN app brand into the design while maintaining the standard UX patterns of iOS/Android platforms. I worked on the MSN News cross-platform application that blended Microsoft's modern design language with iOS 7's new design and Android's material design.

MSN
Interests
After successfully launching new MSN apps, MSN.com underwent a redesign to provide users with a more personalized news experience. The focus was on the "News" category, and users were given the ability to filter the sources, topics, and sections that were most relevant to them. Prior to the redesign, daily page views hovered between 120 and 130 million. However, after the redesign, daily traffic significantly increased to a record high of 140 million page views in 2014, resulting in an impressive 7.7% increase in daily traffic. Our goal was to design an effective news interests selection process to improve overall user experience by optimizing the selection flow for better engagement.
